Warranty Information

At Massive Discounts we want you to buy with confidence. On top of your legal rights, we give a free warranty on every Brand New, Open-Box and Used item we sell.

Our warranty

• Brand New and Open-Box items: 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
• Used items: 2-month warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, we will repair the item, replace it, or, if a repair or replacement is not possible, give you a refund.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, taking into account their price and stated condition (New, Open-Box or Used). You have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund. After that, and even after our warranty has ended, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the item develops a fault that it should not have.

How to make a claim

1. Email contact@massivediscounts.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the problem.
2. Include photos or a short video of the fault if you can.
3. We will reply with the next steps. For valid claims we cover the cost of returning the item and send you a prepaid label.

What the warranty does not cover

• Items sold as Broken, Faulty or For Parts. The faults described in the listing are not covered.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic marks that were described in the listing.
• Consumable parts such as batteries, bulbs and filters, unless they were faulty on arrival.
