Delivery Information

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery options

• Free Standard Delivery (Evri) – FREE on every order, no minimum spend. Usually delivered in 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
• DHL Next Day Delivery – £2.99. Usually delivered in 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

Next day delivery may not be available for every item or for some remote postcodes (for example the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). If you choose DHL Next Day and it cannot be delivered to your postcode, we will refund the £2.99 and send your order by Free Standard Delivery instead. The delivery options available for your order are always shown at checkout.

Carriers

We mainly use Evri for standard delivery and DHL for next day delivery. Large or heavy items may be sent with another tracked carrier, such as Parcelforce or DPD.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Late, damaged or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged or incomplete, please email contact@massivediscounts.co.uk with your order number (and photos if anything is damaged) and we will sort it out.
