Order Processing

All orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping and paid express shipping within the UK.

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–3 working days.
  
• Next Day Delivery (DHL): Available only for addresses in Zone A and Zone B, and applies only to orders placed before 1:00 PM.
  If your address is outside these zones and you select DHL Next Day Delivery, we will issue a refund for the delivery surcharge, and your order will be shipped using Standard Delivery instead.
  Please note that Next Day Delivery may not be available for all items at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We ship with a variety of carriers including DHL, Evri, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS and DPD. The carrier used depends on the weight, dimensions of the product, and the shipping option you choose.
