30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

• Prefer email? Write to contact@massivediscounts.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
• If you have changed your mind, you pay the return postage. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
• Please send the item back with all parts, accessories and manuals, in its original packaging where possible. You can check the item as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, or comes back damaged or incomplete, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
• Used and Open-Box items can be returned too, in the same condition you received them.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or has missing parts, we'll put it right, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Start a return online and choose the reason, or email us.
2. Email photos or a short video of the fault to contact@massivediscounts.co.uk, with your order number in the subject line.
3. Once we've confirmed the fault, we'll send you a free prepaid return label and offer a refund, replacement or repair.

Every return is checked when it arrives. If an item returned as faulty is working when we test it, return postage is not refunded.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you have sent it back), to your original payment method.

Items we cannot accept back

Sealed hygiene or personal care products (for example cosmetics, earphones or intimate items) once the seal has been broken, perishable goods and personalised items, unless they are faulty or not as described.
