All orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic shipping rates
We offer free standard shipping and paid express shipping within the UK. While most products typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days with standard shipping and 1 to 2 working days with express shipping, please be aware that express delivery may not be available for all items at checkout. For accurate delivery estimates, please refer to the estimated delivery time displayed on each product's page.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@massivediscounts.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damaged orders
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@massivediscounts.co.uk with your order number and at least two photos of the item’s condition.
