Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery options and costs

England and Wales

  • Free Standard Delivery (Evri) – FREE, usually delivered in 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
  • DHL Next Day Delivery – £2.99, usually delivered in 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

Scotland and Northern Ireland

Deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland cost our couriers more, so a £4.99 delivery surcharge applies to these addresses:

  • Standard Delivery (Evri) – £4.99, usually delivered in 2 to 4 working days after dispatch (Highlands, islands and remote areas may take 1 to 2 days longer).
  • DHL Next Day Delivery – £7.98 (£2.99 + £4.99 surcharge), usually delivered in 1 to 2 working days after dispatch; remote areas may take longer.

The delivery cost is calculated automatically from your address and shown at checkout before you pay. The surcharge is charged once per order, not per item.

We currently do not deliver to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Express delivery may not be available for every item or postcode. The options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days of your shipping confirmation, please email contact@massivediscounts.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look into it.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please email us as soon as possible at contact@massivediscounts.co.uk with your order number and at least two photos. We will arrange a free return and a refund or replacement. See our Refund policy for full details.
