2. These terms

These terms apply when you use our website and when you buy products from us. Please read them together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

3. Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, taking into account their stated condition.

4. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or upload harmful code. We may suspend or restrict access to the website for maintenance or technical reasons.

5. Products and condition

We sell new, open-box and used products. Each product page states the condition of the item (New, Open-Box or Used) and describes any known marks, packaging damage or signs of use. Product images are for illustration; for open-box and used items, the description of the condition takes priority. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Many of our products are available in limited quantities. We may limit the quantity of a product that can be bought in one order.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

If we discover an obvious error in the price or description of a product after you have ordered, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Orders and contract

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation email. We may decline an order only if the product is out of stock, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If we decline your order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

8. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping policy. The product is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

9. Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and we offer an extended 30-day return period. Our Refund policy explains how to return an item, who pays for return postage and how refunds are made.

10. Faulty products

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Your rights to a refund, repair or replacement are explained in our Refund policy and are in addition to your statutory rights.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a consumer.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights in relation to the products.

12. Reviews and comments

If you post reviews or comments on our website, they must be honest and lawful, and must not be offensive, defamatory or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy policy.

14. Complaints

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
