🔍 How It Works:

If you’re using Amazon FBA, all customer returns go back to Amazon first. Amazon checks the items and classifies them as:

  • Sellable – goes back into your active stock

For unsellable items, Amazon gives you 3 options:

  1. Dispose of them – they destroy the items, and you get nothing.
  2. Liquidate them – Amazon resells them through liquidation partners, but:
    • You typically receive only 5–10% of the product's value.
    • Additional Amazon fees are deducted from that small amount.
    • Your final payout is often close to £0.
  3. Create a removal order – Amazon ships the items to an address of your choice (you pay a small removal fee per unit).

📌 Process Overview:

  1. Create a removal order in Amazon and use our UK warehouse address.
  2. We receive your items and track all incoming units.
  3. At the end of each month, we send you a confirmation report.
  4. You issue a VAT invoice based on total units received.
  5. We pay via PayPal or UK bank transfer within 7 days.
