Returns/Refunds/Exchanges/Cancelations
Do you want to return an item? We understand that sometimes an item doesn't work for you, and you want your money back. As long as the item is still in the same condition as it was sent to you, we accept returns, subject to the rules below:
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you wish to return an item just because you no longer need it/you ordered it by mistake/you change your mind or you just don't like it, it's absolutely no problem with that, but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- It's a FREE return just for the wrong/broken items when it's our mistake.
- Exceptions/non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as Beauty and Healthy products as a matter of hygiene).
Damages and issues: You have received a faulty/wrong item, what should you do?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty/wrong items. All our items are covered by our 30 days return policy, so we will offer you a prepaid label to return it back to us, as well as a full refund for that item/items. The original shipping costs will only be refunded if the items you purchased are broken/wrong or if they're missing any parts, all of which are our mistakes.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we offer a prepaid label for returning these items. Items returned within 30 days of receipt will be issued with a full refund by way of the original payment method.
Responsibility
- Remember that returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
- As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you keep any proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Exchanges
Want to exchange an item?
We do not offer free exchanges to customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you want a different item, simply place a new order. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Out of returns period
- We don't accept returns for items after the relevant returns period above.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@massivediscounts.co.uk.
Cancelations
- We have the right to cancel an order for any reason and without justification within 24 hours.
